David Moutoux was admitted to practice law in California in December 1991 and graduated from Santa Clara University in May 1991 where he served as Research Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review. David graduated from the University of California San Diego with honors in June 1988.
After working for several years with a local law firm specializing in civil litigation, David established his own law practice in September 1995 to provide affordable, high quality legal services to individuals, families and small businesses on the Peninsula. He lives and works in San Carlos, CA.
